Boye Ajayi is the founder of Aetern Advisory and a senior executive with over fifteen years of operational leadership in multinational business.

He currently serves as Managing Director of one of the largest Toyota operations in West Africa, where he holds full P&L responsibility for an operation generating over $400M in annual revenue, leading a team of 500+ employees across multiple locations. His career spans progressive leadership roles within the CFAO Group, one of Africa’s premier automotive and industrial distribution conglomerates.

Boye’s executive experience covers the full spectrum of operational leadership: revenue growth, margin improvement, market expansion, dealership network development, cost optimisation through Toyota Production System methodology, and large-scale team development across culturally complex environments.

Beyond his corporate leadership, Boye is building an Africa-focused private equity platform (Aetern Partners) targeting mid-market acquisition and institutionalisation — applying the same operational improvement discipline he has delivered at Toyota to fragmented, high-growth businesses across the continent.

He holds executive education credentials from IESE Business School (Global Management Programme, 2026), the London Business School / London School of Economics (Senior Executive Programme, 2026), and is pursuing the Diploma in Strategy and Innovation at the University of Oxford (2027).
